DFS at its heart is a ‘Dialogue’ approach developed to bring positive change in organizations.
In 2014 the methodology was introduced in Pakistan and by the end of 2018 ‘Dialogue for Compliance’ supported more than 33 companies from the textile and associated sectors successfully.

An approach which is internationally recognized applied for bringing continual improvement and sustainability
DfS is based on process consultation philosophy, developed by GIZ and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) to address aspects of labour standards and productivity in the textile & garment industry.
Successfully implemented in the textile and garment industry in Bangladesh, India, China, Sri Lanka and Cambodia and Pakistan in more than 100+ model companies internationally.
