Hasan is a renowned “Change Agent” and an exceptional motivational speaker in Asia. He has versatile and dynamic 25 years of proven experience as a professional management Trainer, Consultant, Auditor and researcher. He played instrumental role in bringing change in the number of public and private sector organizations through extensive Human Resource Development programs. He trained over 100,000 participants from more than 7,000 companies and conducted over 1300 national and international workshops. He played instrumental role in developing 80 model organizations on various quality and productivity tools applications especially Super 5S Kaizen implementation. At present, he is associated as Sr. Consultant with Business Support Fund (BSF), Ministry of Finance Government of Pakistan for developing 25 model SMEs under the their HR Plus pilot project. He is also working as an Advisor for Austrian Center for Education and Training (ACET) Head office based in Melbourne. He also represents Productivity Association of Pakistan as Secretary General and Vice Chairman of Trainer’s Association of Pakistan. Mr. Hasan had being serving the National Productivity Organization (NPO), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan as Deputy General Manager from 2002-2010.

As a trainer and professional speaker, Hasan has been characterized as motivational, unique, informative, practical, inspirational and enjoyable. Participants leave his programs with a compelling motivation to make practical changes in their professional and personal lives. Mr. Hasan has been very dynamic in the development sector whereby he played instrumental role in establishing “Productivity Village” in Pakistan moreover he has been very active to conduct “Charity Training Programs” with the mandate to generate resources for the “Productivity Village”. Key areas focused in the Productivity Village, Revamping Technical Institute, establishment of computer lab in schools, Solid Waste Disposal System, Women Entrepreneurship, Health and Hygiene system for shop keeper etc. etc.
