He has versatile and dynamic 23 years of proven experience as a professional management Trainer, Consultant, Auditor and researcher. He played instrumental role in bringing change in the number of public and private sector organizations through extensive Human Resource Development programs. He trained over 100,000 participants from more than 7,000 companies and conducted over 1300 national and international workshops. He played instrumental role in developing 100+ model organizations on various quality and productivity tools applications especially Super 5S Kaizen/Lean implementation.
Consultant with Business Support Fund (BSF), Ministry of Finance Government of Pakistan for developing 25 model SMEs under the their HR Plus pilot project. He also served as an Advisor for Austrian Center for Education and Training (ACET) Head office based in Melbourne. He also represents Productivity Association of Pakistan as Secretary General and Vice Chairman of Trainer’s Association of Pakistan. Mr. Hasan had being serving the National Productivity Organization (NPO), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan as Deputy General Manager from 2002-2010. He is presently serving Chemionics Inc.
Washington DC (USAID Project) as “Lean Consultant” whereby successfully launched mindset change program “Kuch Naye Kar program” whereas, he is in the process of developing 15 model companies among the light engineering sector of Pakistan. He is also serving GIZ-Pakistan (Government of Germany) as “Lead Consultant” responsible for developing model companies in the textile sector with specific focus on the footwear/leather sector of Pakistan.

Mr. Hasan has introduced customized mindset change program whereby purpose was to change the labor mindset with efficiency enhancement and resource utilization. Beside HRD and consulting activities for national and multinational organizations, he has being actively involved various researches. He is certified Management Consultant Tokyo Japan, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Korea), Certified Productivity Specialist, Tokyo-Japan, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Knowledge Management Implementer (Fiji), Lead Assessor for Prime Minister’s Quality Award, IRCA registered Lead Auditor ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO27001 and OHSAS 18001. He has done his Master in Business Administration Management Information System and Bachelor in Law from Islamia University Bahawalp
